The boring but necessary bit...

We require a 10% deposit on all orders at point of payment. (unless stated otherwise) No order is confirmed until payment and deposit has been paid. Deposit is only returned in full if there are no breakages or losses. If any item is damaged when with you then the full deposit is kept.

All stock is checked upon packing for your order and is usually delivered by us not a courier (dependant on distance).  If you notice any damages when unpacking the items please inform us within 12 hours of delivery/collection to discuss. Photo proof of damage may be required. As our items are pre - loved then they can show signs of age and use, some may even show signs of being mended, however all items we use are fit for purpose.

Your ordered items arrive washed and clean, we expect them to be returned washed and cleaned as well.  If washing is not possible please let us know when booking and we will add a small charge for cleaning.

Your items arrive packaged and boxed. We reuse bubble wrap and tissue paper to save waste, so please try and keep it all so you can wrap all the items back up again.

It is key to understand that our range of vintage crockery and tableware is all mismatched - it's what we love about it, however if you are looking for a matching collection of tableware, glassware and crockery, in large numbers, we would recommend looking elsewhere.  We have some suggestions so do just ask!

The standard hire time is 3 days; delivery or collection the day before event and collection or return the day after.  If you require them for longer please let us know and we can see if it is possible. 

We can deliver and collect orders free of charge within 10 miles of our base. Delivery and collection further afield of this distance is charged at 45p per mile. Collections and returns by you are free of charge.
